Presentazione PowerPoint, brevi video, presentazione del sito di Europass, esercizi pratici. <\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”||0px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Il principale metodo utilizzato nel corso della sessione \u00e8 stata una presentazione PowerPoint contenente informazioni utili sul curriculum Europass, i suoi vantaggi e svantaggi e la struttura allo scopo di dare una visione obiettiva dello strumento, molto apprezzata dalle partecipanti. Al fine di rendere la sessione pi\u00f9 interessante abbiamo mostrato alcuni video su YouTube al riguardo. Un\u2019altra metodologia utilizzata, sfruttando i vantaggi delle sessioni online, \u00e8 stata quella di far vedere (mediante la funzione di condivisione dello schermo) il sito di Europass e tutti i passaggi da seguire allo scopo di redigere il curriculum online, rispondendo alle varie domande delle partecipanti. Dal momento che queste ultime non avevano mai sentito parlare di Europass, questa parte della sessione si \u00e8 rivelata molto utile, poich\u00e9 hanno potuto mettere in pratica le informazioni ricevute, compilando il loro curriculum, spesso per la prima volta. Hanno apprezzato molto i consigli ricevuti man mano e il fatto di aver potuto fare qualcosa di concreto che li aiuter\u00e0 nella ricerca di un lavoro in Spagna.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_text_color=”#EC6E62″ hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n La sessione ci ha permesso di comprendere che quando il tema pu\u00f2 apparire astratto, pu\u00f2 essere opportuno combinare metodi diversi ricorrendo a presentazioni, brevi video, dimostrazioni, risposte, attivit\u00e0 pratiche allo scopo di rendere la formazione pi\u00f9 interattiva e interessante per le partecipanti, sottolineando l\u2019importanza che il curriculum riveste nel corso della loro vita professionale. In order to make the session more attractive for participants we showed also some short videos through Youtube about the Europass CV, that make the session more interactive. Another methodology used, taking advantage of the online session was that the trainer showed to the participants (sharing the screen in Zoom) the Europass website and all the steps that need to be followed in order to complete the CV, answering also different questions that participants had during this process. As most of the participants did not heard about the Europass before, this part of the session was very useful and helpful for them, due that afterwards they put it into practice, filling in their own Europass, most of them for the first time. They value a lot the guidance and tips from the trainer during this process, and that the European format of the CV is something tangible that they could use during their process of looking for a job in Spain.<\/p>\n One of the lessons learned is that when the session it\u2019s about a topic like the Europass CV that can be more theoretical, it is very convenient and useful to combine different methods like presentations, short videos, \u201cshow how\u201d, answering questions, and practical exercises, in order to make the session more interactive and attractive for participants, highlighting the importance of creating a CV that they could use afterwards in their professional life.
