Presentazione, dibattito, discussione, ludicizzazione (dinamiche di gruppo)<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n La metodologia utilizzata all\u2019inizio della sessione prevedeva una discussione fra le partecipanti mediante una serie di domande proposte nella dispensa riguardante la risoluzione dei conflitti. Tale accorgimento ha funzionato piuttosto bene per rompere il ghiaccio e catturare l\u2019attenzione delle partecipanti, dal momento che la discussione \u00e8 stata particolarmente viva e queste ultime hanno condiviso esempi di situazioni conflittuali che hanno affrontato nella loro vita personale e professionale, le strategie che hanno adottato e gli insegnamenti ricavati. Tale metodologia \u00e8 stata associata alle spiegazioni fornite in merito ai comportamenti da adottare e come gestire i conflitti sul lavoro. Le partecipanti hanno raccontato degli aneddoti interessanti in merito ai conflitti che hanno dovuto affrontare quando hanno cominciato a lavorare in un nuovo ambiente al loro arrivo in Spagna.<\/p>\n Un\u2019altra metodologia rivelatasi di successo \u00e8 stata la discussione alla quale era dedicata l\u2019ultima parte della sessione e che siamo riusciti ad adattare all\u2019ambiente di apprendimento digitale. Le partecipanti sono state suddivise in gruppi nel corso delle sessioni su Zoom, sono state date loro diverse istruzioni ed il tempo per individuare una strategia comune. Quindi hanno lavorato alla dinamica insieme. Il risultato \u00e8 stato piuttosto buono, in quanto hanno raggiunto rapidamente un accordo attraverso il dialogo e senza alcun tipo di conflitto. Tutte loro hanno apprezzato l\u2019attivit\u00e0, poich\u00e9 non la conoscevano e hanno concordato che la buona riuscita fosse dovuta ai contenuti presi in esame nel corso dell\u2019intera sessione e al fatto che si conoscessero gi\u00e0, quindi si sentissero in un ambiente sicuro.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_text_color=”#EC6E62″ hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Ho imparato che \u00e8 molto importante creare un ambiente sicuro fin dall\u2019inizio nel corso delle sessioni online ai fini della corretta implementazione delle attivit\u00e0 e del successo delle discussioni e delle dinamiche fra le partecipanti che sono molto pi\u00f9 arricchenti nel momento in cui queste si sentono a proprio agio all\u2019interno del gruppo. Inoltre, nel corso di questa sessione ho capito che i risultati differiscono sempre dalle aspettative, anche qualora si sia svolta l\u2019attivit\u00e0 in precedenza con altri gruppi. The participants were divided in groups in the Zoom meeting, the trainer gave the instructions to each of the group separately and they had some time to discuss the strategy between each group. Then we continued the dynamic all together. The result was very successful, as participants agree very quickly through dialogue, without any kind of conflict. All of them enjoyed a lot the dynamic as they did not know it from before, and they agreed part of the success was related to all the previous content seen before during the whole session, and the fact that they already knew each other from before, so the fact of feeling in a safe environment was also helpful for them.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.14.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" locked=\"off\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.14.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.14.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" header_2_text_color=\"#EC6E62\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\"] As a trainer I have learned that the creation of a safe space from the very beginning even if the training is happening online it is very important, as it will be very helpful for the correct implementation of the sessions and the success of the discussions and dynamics between participants, that will be much more enriching once participants feel comfortable with each other. Also in this specific session I have learned that when you are doing a group dynamic, the results will always be very different to your expectations, even though you have done that dynamic before with different groups.
